Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your recurring donation at any time, for any reason.
To request a cancellation, simply send an email to cathy@peaceagency.org.za with your full name and donation details.
Once we receive your request, we will manually process the cancellation
and confirm via email.
No further payments will be deducted after cancellation is confirmed. We’re grateful for your support and hope to stay connected in the
future. Thank you for making a difference with us!

No Refunds Policy

All donations made to The Peace Agency are final and non-refundable.
As a non-profit organization, donations are immediately allocated to our programs and initiatives, making refunds impractical.
If you have made an error in your donation, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will assess your request on a case-by-case basis.
